Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration: Shopify, Magento and CRM

ECOSIRE builds Dynamics 365 Business Central integrations to order: connectors for Shopify and Magento stores, Salesforce and HubSpot CRM, marketplaces, shipping carriers and payment providers. Each connector is scoped to your records and volumes, then quoted.

What does a Business Central integration do?

A Business Central integration moves records between Dynamics 365 Business Central and another system, such as a Shopify or Magento store, a CRM or a marketplace, so orders, items, customers and invoices are not keyed in twice. Custom integrations usually use the Business Central API (v2.0) and its webhooks, which notify a subscriber when a record changes.

Every connector on this page is built to your scope and quoted on request. None is an off-the-shelf package, so no price is shown.

What an integration is built from

Each project combines the flows your scope names. These are the patterns most ERP integrations are made of.

Orders

New orders from a store, marketplace or CRM become sales orders in the ERP, with customer, lines, tax and shipping mapped to your records.

Inventory and items

Stock levels and item data flow from the ERP to each channel on a schedule or on change, so a channel only sells what is available.

Fulfilment and shipments

Shipments, tracking numbers and warehouse or 3PL confirmations are written back to the channel the order came from.

Invoices and payments

Invoices, payments, refunds and payout or settlement lines are recorded in the ERP so finance can reconcile them.

Customers and CRM

Customers, accounts and contacts stay matched between the ERP and a CRM, with the direction of each field agreed in the scope.

Error handling

A record that fails is logged with its reason, retried where that is safe and shown for review instead of being dropped.

How a build-to-order connector works

Scope

You tell us the systems, records, volumes and edge cases. We reply with a written scope and a quote. Nothing is built or charged before you accept it.

Build

We build the connector against each system's documented API, with the field mapping and sync direction agreed in the scope.

Test on your sandbox

We run it in your non-production environment with your own sample data, and you sign off on the results.

Go-live

We switch it to your production environment, watch the first runs with you and document how it is configured.

Frequently asked questions

Does Business Central have a built-in Shopify connector?

Yes. Microsoft ships a Shopify Connector app that is preinstalled for new Business Central sign-ups and trials. We build a custom Shopify connector when your scope needs flows, records or rules the built-in connector does not cover, and we can review that with you before quoting.

Is there a Business Central Magento integration?

Microsoft's integration overview lists a built-in Shopify connector but no Magento or Adobe Commerce connector. A Magento integration is built on the Business Central API on one side and the Adobe Commerce REST API on the other; our catalogue lists it as a build-to-order connector.

Which CRMs can Business Central integrate with?

Microsoft provides a built-in integration with Dynamics 365 Sales through Dataverse. For Salesforce and HubSpot, our catalogue lists build-to-order connectors that sync accounts, contacts and orders in the directions agreed in your scope.

Which Business Central APIs do your integrations use?

The Business Central API (v2.0) for records, webhooks for change notifications, and custom API pages written in AL when a standard API does not expose a field you need. Microsoft notes that standard APIs cannot be extended with extra fields, which is why custom API pages exist.

Is there a fixed price for a Business Central connector?

No. Every Business Central connector here is built to order, so the quote depends on the systems, records, volumes and edge cases in your scope. You receive the scope and the quote in writing before any work starts.

Are these connectors listed on Microsoft AppSource?

No. They are built to order for your Business Central environment rather than sold as AppSource apps, and ECOSIRE does not claim Microsoft partner status.
