About this Product

The Zid Connector for Business Central bridges the Zid (KSA) eCommerce platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central so your Saudi/GCC store and your ERP stop drifting apart. It is delivered as a per-tenant AL extension that ECOSIRE builds, installs, and supports directly on your Business Central environment — not an instant Microsoft AppSource download.

On the BC side the connector adds dedicated setup pages, a Zid Order staging area, and event subscribers on sales document posting so the integration reacts to your real workflow. New Zid orders are pulled in over the Zid REST API and converted into Business Central Sales Orders (or invoices) with customer matching, item mapping, VAT, and shipping lines. A configurable Job Queue entry polls Zid on the schedule you choose, so imports run hands-off.

Catalog and stock flow the other way: items and prices publish from BC to Zid with Arabic field support for product names and descriptions, and inventory levels sync from your chosen BC location so you do not oversell. When a sales document is posted and a Saudi e-invoice (ZATCA) is required, the connector prepares a clean handoff to your ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing flow. Once you ship, tracking numbers and fulfillment status write back to the Zid order so the customer sees movement.

Everything ships with permission sets, telemetry-friendly logging, and a retry/error log page so failed syncs are visible and replayable.
