Enter your logo's URL in the "Logo URL" field under Company Details. The logo will appear in the invoice preview instantly. For best results, use a square PNG or SVG image hosted online (e.g., your website's logo URL).
Which currencies are supported?+
The generator supports 50+ currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, CNY, INR, PKR, AED, SAR, BRL, and many more. Currency symbols and formatting are applied automatically using your browser's Internationalisation API.
How do taxes work in this invoice tool?+
You can configure a global tax name (VAT, GST, Sales Tax, etc.) and rate percentage. Tax can be applied to all line items or toggled per item. You can also choose whether tax is calculated before or after any discount. The tool handles compound tax correctly.
Can I apply discounts to my invoice?+
Yes. You can apply a discount as either a percentage (e.g., 10%) or a fixed amount (e.g., $50 off). The discount is applied to the subtotal before tax (or after, depending on your configuration). The final total updates in real time.
