By accessing or using any services provided by ECOSIRE Private Limited ("ECOSIRE," "we," "us"), including our website, products, and APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
To purchase products or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the license type purchased (single-site or multi-site). Each license key may be activated on the number of domains specified at purchase.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share your license keys. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our products except as permitted by applicable law.
Active licenses include access to product updates and bug fixes. Premium support packages are available separately. License renewal is required for continued access to updates on subscription-based products.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. For subscription products, you authorize recurring charges at the agreed interval.

All content, code, designs, and trademarks on this website and in our products are owned by ECOSIRE Private Limited. Your license to use a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOSIRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license rights cease immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
