What it costs

Two costs make up an Odoo implementation. The first is the Odoo licence, which Odoo bills you directly — Enterprise starts at €11.90 per user per month billed annually, and Community is free. The second is the implementation work.

How to choose a provider

  2. How will our data be migrated and checked?

  3. Who owns the custom code?

    Custom modules should be delivered to you as source code. Otherwise every future change or upgrade depends on the original vendor.

  4. What happens after go-live?

  5. How much of the plan is customization?

Yes, and it is often the safer route: go live with the modules that remove the most manual work first — typically Sales, Inventory and Accounting — then add Manufacturing, HR or eCommerce in later phases.
