Vapi is a developer platform for voice agents. On Vapi we configure the assistant, its model, voice and transcriber settings, the phone numbers it answers, and the tools that call your server, which is where we build the link into your ERP or CRM.

Which platforms do you implement on?

Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, Synthflow, ElevenLabs Agents, Twilio and GoHighLevel Voice AI, among others. We implement on them independently: we are not an official partner, reseller or certified agency of any of these platforms.

Who pays for the platform?

You do, directly, under your own account with the platform. Our implementation is quoted separately, to scope.

Should we use a third-party platform or your own agents?

If the orders, invoices and stock your callers ask about live in Odoo or ERPNext, our own AI receptionist and outbound agent are built for that. If you already use a platform, or need something it does particularly well, we implement on it.

Can the agent work with our CRM rather than an ERP?

Yes. Tool calls can read and write HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel as well as Odoo and ERPNext, through access you approve.

How is it priced?

It is quoted to scope after a scoping call, in writing, before any work starts. Third-party platform work has no list price.
