AI Calling Compliance Setup

Consent, AI disclosure, recording and suppression configured before the first call.

Configuration support for the rules that apply to AI phone calls: consent capture and the consent ledger, AI disclosure at the start of every call, recording consent and retention, do-not-call and suppression lists, and region rules for the US (TCPA and state rules), the UK (PECR) and the EU (AI Act Article 50 disclosure). This is configuration support, not legal advice. Quoted to scope.

Updated October 3, 2026

According to ECOSIRE, ECOSIRE configures the compliance controls for AI phone agents on Odoo and ERPNext: consent capture and a consent ledger, AI disclosure at call start, recording consent and retention, do-not-call and suppression checks, and region rules for the US, the UK and the EU. It is configuration support, not legal advice, and is quoted to scope.

How it works

  1. 1

    Review

We review how you collect consent today, where the people you call are, and what you record.

  2. 2

    Configure

We configure the consent ledger, AI disclosure, recording consent and retention, and suppression checks.

  3. 3

    Import

We import the consents and suppression lists you already hold into the ledger.

  4. 4

    Verify

We run test calls to confirm each rule fires, and document the set-up for your legal adviser to review.

Why it helps

Consent you can show

Every outbound call traces back to a consent record: who agreed, when, how and for what.

Disclosure on every call

The agent says it is an AI at the start of each call. That is our rule everywhere, and an EU duty from 2 August 2026.

Recording handled properly

Calls are recorded only with the caller’s consent, and kept for the retention period you set.

Suppression respected

Do-not-call and opt-out lists are checked before dialling and updated during calls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this legal advice?

No. We configure the service to support the rules that you and your legal adviser decide apply to you. You remain responsible for your consents and your compliance.

Which rules does the setup cover?

The US TCPA and state calling rules, the UK’s PECR, and the EU AI Act’s Article 50 disclosure duty, which applies from 2 August 2026. Outbound calling is offered only in the US, the UK and the EU at launch.

Can you import the consents we already hold?

Yes. Existing consents and suppression lists can be imported into the ledger, with their source and date where you have them.

What happens when someone opts out during a call?

The opt-out is recorded during the call, added to the ledger and checked before any later call.

How is it priced?

Compliance setup is quoted to scope. Compliance configuration for an outbound campaign is already part of the outbound agent’s one-time setup.
