AI Outbound Agent: Consented Calls Only

Reminder and follow-up calls to people who agreed to be called.

An AI outbound calling agent for businesses on Odoo or ERPNext. It makes appointment and delivery reminder calls, follows up web leads who opted in, calls consented shoppers about abandoned carts and reminds existing customers about payments, with a person deciding anything that goes against the customer. Every call starts with an AI disclosure, every consent is kept in a ledger, and at launch we call only in the US, the UK and the EU.

Updated October 3, 2026

According to ECOSIRE, ECOSIRE's AI outbound agent calls only people who agreed to be called: appointment and delivery reminders, opted-in lead follow-up, consented cart recovery and payment reminders, with a person deciding anything adverse. Every call opens with an AI disclosure and is checked against a consent ledger. US, UK and EU only at launch; priced per connected minute with a monthly minimum.

How it works

  1. 1

    Consent is checked

Before dialling, the agent checks the consent ledger and the calling rules for the person's country. No valid consent, no call.

  2. 2

    The agent introduces itself

Every call opens by saying who is calling, on whose behalf, and that the caller is an AI.

  3. 3

    The purpose is handled

It confirms the appointment or delivery, answers questions from your ERP, sends a link by SMS or offers a person.

  4. 4

    The result is recorded

The outcome, transcript and summary go to the record in your ERP, and opt-outs are honoured and added to the ledger.

Why it helps

Reminders that update your ERP

A reminder call gives the customer a chance to confirm or rearrange, and the answer is written straight back to Odoo or ERPNext.

Prompt follow-up for opted-in leads

People who asked to be contacted get a call while their interest is fresh, and the outcome lands on the lead.

Payment reminders with a person in the loop

The agent reminds and can send a payment link. Any decision that goes against a customer is made by your team, not by the AI.

Consent you can show

Every call is tied to a consent record: who agreed, when, through which channel and for what purpose.

What the outbound agent calls about

Four kinds of call, all to people who already have a relationship with you and agreed to be called.

Where we call at launch

At launch the outbound agent calls numbers in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union only. Each has its own rules, and the agent is designed around them. We do not offer outbound calling in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Pakistan at launch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which countries can the outbound agent call?

The United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union at launch. We do not offer outbound calling in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Pakistan at launch.

Do you make cold calls?

No. The agent calls only people who agreed to be called by you, and only for the purpose they agreed to.

How is consent recorded?

Each consent is stored in a ledger with who gave it, when, how (for example, which web form) and for what. The agent checks the ledger before every call and records opt-outs during calls.

Which rules is the service designed around?

The US TCPA and state calling rules (in February 2024 the FCC confirmed that AI-generated voices count as artificial voices under the TCPA), the UK's PECR, and the EU AI Act's Article 50 disclosure duty, which applies from 2 August 2026. You remain responsible for your own consents, and this page is not legal advice.

Can the AI decide to suspend a customer or escalate a debt?

No. A payment reminder call can remind the customer and send a payment link, but any adverse decision about a customer is taken by a person on your team.
