No DIY setup — a working app, built, installed and supported by ECOSIRE.
Start with a one-time build price. We scope it with you at kickoff.
ECOSIRE builds, configures and installs it on your Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You go live in about 2–4 weeks, with a post-launch support window.
This is a build-to-order Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales/Service) integration — not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports it on your own Dataverse/Power Platform environment so your online buyers stop living in a separate silo from your sales and service teams.
We connect your storefront or marketplace (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, eBay, or your headless commerce API) to Dynamics 365 CE through a Power Platform integration layer. Store customers are upserted as CE Contacts and Accounts with a stable external-ID key, so the same buyer is never duplicated across channels. Each web order is projected into CE as a Sales Order (or a qualified Opportunity for B2B quote flows) with line items, currency and order status. Marketplace messages, returns and complaints become Cases routed to your Service team, with the originating order linked for full context.
The build is delivered as a managed Dataverse solution plus a set of Power Automate cloud flow templates (customer sync, order ingestion, case creation) and, where your commerce data also lives in Business Central, AL-side glue — table/page extensions, event subscribers and OData/REST API exposure — so the two systems reconcile cleanly. We add the security roles, column-level mappings, duplicate-detection rules and a 360-degree merged customer timeline view across web, marketplace and ERP.
Because every storefront, field mapping and order workflow differs, we scope your exact channels and entities first, then build to that spec. The result is installed on your tenant under your governance, documented, and backed by an explicit delivery lead time and a support window. You own the solution; ECOSIRE keeps it running.
Runs the sales team in Dynamics 365 Sales and needs every web and marketplace order to land as a CE order or opportunity automatically, so reps work one pipeline instead of exporting CSVs from each storefront.
Owns the Service queue and wants marketplace messages, returns and complaints to arrive as Cases linked to the buyer's order history, eliminating the swivel-chair between seller portals and CE.
Governs the Dataverse environment and demands a managed solution, named security roles, connection references and editable flows — not opaque code — installed cleanly under their own governance and ALM.

After purchase we run a short scoping call to confirm your storefront/marketplace channels, the CE entities involved (Contact, Account, Sales Order, Opportunity, Case) and your exact field mappings. Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of channels and the complexity of your order and case workflows. We build in a sandbox, demo it to you, then install the managed solution on your production environment. This is a build-to-order engagement — there is no instant AppSource download.
No. This is custom-built and installed by ECOSIRE as a per-environment managed Dataverse solution on your own tenant, with optional Business Central AL extension where BC reconciliation is in scope. We deliver it under your Power Platform governance, hand over editable Power Automate flows and documentation, and you own the solution. We do not publish or sell it as a self-service AppSource listing.
The one-time build includes a post-go-live support window for bug fixes and mapping adjustments. After that, you can keep an optional support and maintenance retainer covering storefront/marketplace API changes, CE and Business Central platform updates, monitoring of failed-record reconciliation, and new channel or field additions. Because you own the solution, you can also have your own admins maintain the flows — the documentation and runbook are written for that.
We commonly connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon and eBay, plus headless or bespoke commerce platforms that expose a REST/GraphQL API. The connector uses the Dataverse and Business Central OData/REST APIs on the Dynamics side. During scoping we confirm each channel's API capabilities — read access to customers and orders, and writeback for order status where you need it.
Every external customer is keyed by a stable external ID per channel and matched against existing CE Contacts and Accounts using duplicate-detection rules we tune to your data (email, normalized name, tax ID). A buyer who orders on Shopify and messages you on Amazon resolves to one CE record with a merged 360-degree timeline, so reps and agents see the full cross-channel history instead of fragmented duplicates.
A build-to-order Business Central AL extension that maps your 3PL warehouses into native sales and purchase flows — sending fulfillment orders, ingesting ASN and shipment confirmations, and reconciling on-hand quantities against each 3PL's stock balances.
A build-to-order Business Central (AL) extension that validates, standardizes and geocodes shipping addresses in real time at order entry, flags residential vs. commercial and surcharge risk, and catches duplicate customers before delivery failures cost you money.
A build-to-order Business Central extension that streamlines physical and cycle counting with barcode scanning, simultaneous multi-user count sheets, zone-based counting, and variance reconciliation that posts clean Item Journal entries — installed and supported by ECOSIRE on your tenant.
Closes mobile-scanning, label-printing and rapid-count gaps in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management's warehouse module. ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports a per-tenant AL extension on your own environment — no generic AppSource compromise.
