NetSuite Integration: Shopify, HubSpot and Salesforce Connectors

ECOSIRE builds NetSuite integrations to order. The most-searched pairings connect NetSuite with Shopify, HubSpot and Salesforce, followed by marketplaces, shipping carriers and payment providers. Each connector is scoped to your records and volumes, then quoted.

What does a NetSuite integration do?

A NetSuite integration moves records between NetSuite and another system, such as a Shopify store, a HubSpot or Salesforce CRM or a marketplace, so orders, stock, customers and invoices are not keyed in twice. Custom integrations usually call NetSuite's SuiteTalk REST web services or RESTlets, authenticated with OAuth 2.0.

Every connector on this page is built to your scope and quoted on request. None is an off-the-shelf package, so no price is shown.

What an integration is built from

Each project combines the flows your scope names. These are the patterns most ERP integrations are made of.

Orders

New orders from a store, marketplace or CRM become sales orders in the ERP, with customer, lines, tax and shipping mapped to your records.

Inventory and items

Stock levels and item data flow from the ERP to each channel on a schedule or on change, so a channel only sells what is available.

Fulfilment and shipments

Shipments, tracking numbers and warehouse or 3PL confirmations are written back to the channel the order came from.

Invoices and payments

Invoices, payments, refunds and payout or settlement lines are recorded in the ERP so finance can reconcile them.

Customers and CRM

Customers, accounts and contacts stay matched between the ERP and a CRM, with the direction of each field agreed in the scope.

Error handling

A record that fails is logged with its reason, retried where that is safe and shown for review instead of being dropped.

How NetSuite connects to other systems

Platform facts below are taken from the vendor's own documentation; each one links to its source.

SuiteTalk REST web services
NetSuite's REST interface for creating, reading, updating and deleting records, including custom records and custom fields, with access to record metadata. Oracle NetSuite documentation
OAuth 2.0 and token-based authentication
Oracle describes OAuth 2.0 as the preferred authentication method for REST web services and RESTlets. Token-based authentication is also supported. Oracle NetSuite documentation
Oracle's NetSuite Connector
Oracle's own connector supports Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, BigCommerce, eBay, Magento 2, ShipStation, Shopify, Shopify POS, Walmart and WooCommerce. Oracle NetSuite documentation
Sandbox accounts
A NetSuite sandbox is an isolated test account that copies your production account's settings and data, so an integration can be tested without touching live records. Oracle NetSuite documentation

How a build-to-order connector works

Scope

You tell us the systems, records, volumes and edge cases. We reply with a written scope and a quote. Nothing is built or charged before you accept it.

Build

We build the connector against each system's documented API, with the field mapping and sync direction agreed in the scope.

Test on your sandbox

We run it in your non-production environment with your own sample data, and you sign off on the results.

Go-live

We switch it to your production environment, watch the first runs with you and document how it is configured.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a native Shopify NetSuite integration?

Yes. Oracle's NetSuite Connector lists Shopify and Shopify POS among its supported storefronts. A custom build makes sense when your flows need records, mappings or systems a packaged connector does not cover, and we can review that with you before quoting.

How does HubSpot connect to NetSuite?

HubSpot publishes its own NetSuite integration, available on all HubSpot plans, which syncs contacts, companies, deals, invoices, orders and products with the matching NetSuite records. Custom field mappings in it need a HubSpot Data Hub subscription. We build a HubSpot connector to order when your scope goes beyond that.

Can you build a NetSuite Salesforce integration?

Yes, as a build-to-order connector. A scope can cover Salesforce accounts, contacts and opportunities becoming NetSuite customers and sales orders, with order and invoice status sent back to Salesforce. The objects and the direction of each sync are agreed in writing first.

Which NetSuite APIs do your integrations use?

SuiteTalk REST web services for record access, RESTlets when logic is better placed inside NetSuite, and OAuth 2.0, which Oracle documents as the preferred authentication method. The choice for each flow is written into the scope.

Is there a fixed price for a NetSuite connector?

No. Every NetSuite connector here is built to order, so the quote depends on the systems, records, volumes and edge cases in your scope. You receive the scope and the quote in writing before any work starts.

Are you an Oracle NetSuite partner?

No. ECOSIRE does not resell NetSuite licences and does not claim Oracle partner status. We build integrations against NetSuite's documented APIs, in your own account.
