About this Product

Hospital and clinic leaders rarely lack data — they lack a single, trustworthy view of it. Patient volumes live in the appointments and admissions models, money lives in account.move and the analytic ledger, occupancy is buried in ward records, and lab performance sits in the diagnostics module. Odoo's native board (My Dashboard) lets a user pin a few saved filters and graph views, but it cannot compute cross-model clinical KPIs like average length of stay, lab turnaround time, or outstanding-claims exposure, and it offers no executive layout, no multi-clinic comparison, and no service-line revenue attribution. A CEO or COO ends up stitching a picture together from five different pivot exports, and by the time it is assembled it is already stale.

The Clinical Analytics Dashboard is a made-to-order Odoo module that ECOSIRE designs, builds, and installs to close that gap on top of your existing clinical suite. We introduce dedicated reporting models — typically SQL-backed models.Model views (_auto = False over curated SELECT statements) for high-volume aggregation, plus stored compute fields with @api.depends where live recomputation matters — so heavy metrics like bed-occupancy rate, ALOS, no-show rate, and lab TAT are calculated at the database layer instead of in slow Python loops. On top of those models we ship pivot and graph views, an Odoo spreadsheet dashboard bundle, and an executive OWL/QWeb board that renders the KPI tiles, leaderboards, and trend charts your leadership actually reviews. Everything is filterable by configurable date range, department, doctor, and — where you run more than one site — a multi-clinic comparison filter.

Technically, the module builds on base, board, web, account, and your clinical-core-his-emr data. It ships with its own __manifest__.py declaring those dependencies, ir.model.access.csv plus record rules so a department head sees only their scope while the C-suite sees the whole group, and automated actions (server actions on a scheduled cron) to snapshot period-end figures where you want month-over-month stability. Payer mix and outstanding-claims metrics activate when your insurance/claims app is present; pharmacy sales and near-expiry inventory value read from your stock and sales data. Because it is a proper Odoo module, every figure is drillable back to source records and every metric is reachable over the XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API for embedding in board packs or external BI. We support Odoo 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0, on both Community and Enterprise — noting that native spreadsheet dashboards and some cohort visualisations are richer on Enterprise, and we adapt the delivery to whichever edition you run.

Delivery is build-to-order: nothing is downloaded and switched on today. After a short scoping call we confirm which KPIs, which clinical modules, and which editions and sites are in play, then build against a staging copy of your database, run UAT with your team, and deploy with a rollback plan. Typical delivery is one working week from confirmed scope. Pricing starts from $999 (indicative, single-company base scope); additional clinics for multi-company comparison, deeper insurance/claims and pharmacy integrations, localised financial reporting, and larger historical-data backfills increase the quoted scope. You receive a fixed quote after the scoping call — the from-price is a starting indication, not a firm figure.

What you get

  • Installable source code for your version — the packaged Odoo module targeting your exact edition (17.0/18.0/19.0, Community or Enterprise)
  • Installation and configuration on your environment, including dependency wiring to `clinical-core-his-emr`, `account`, and any insurance/pharmacy apps
  • Technical documentation: model/field reference, KPI calculation definitions, security matrix, and cron/automated-action setup
  • End-user guide plus a live training session for your executive and analytics users on reading and filtering the dashboard
  • Post-go-live support window for defect fixes and configuration questions
  • UAT on a staging copy of your database with a documented rollback plan before production deployment
  • Git repository handover with full commit history so your team owns and can extend the code
  • KPI validation sheet reconciling dashboard figures against source records for sign-off before go-live

Who this is for

Hospital CEO / COO

Wants one screen that shows whether volumes, revenue, and occupancy are trending the right way this week — without waiting on five separate exports. Needs consolidated, multi-clinic figures they can trust in a board meeting.

Clinic Owner / Managing Director

Runs one or a few sites and needs an at-a-glance operational and financial pulse — appointment fill, no-show rate, top revenue service lines, and cash tied up in unpaid claims — to make weekly staffing and pricing decisions.

Finance / Revenue-Cycle Manager

Cares about revenue by service line and practitioner, payer mix, and outstanding-claims ageing. Needs metrics that reconcile to `account.move` and can be exported into a spreadsheet dashboard for period reporting.

Medical Director / Quality Lead

Tracks lab turnaround time, length of stay, and top diagnoses/procedures to spot bottlenecks and quality signals, with department- and doctor-level drill-down scoped by record rules.

Frequently Asked Questions about Clinical Analytics Dashboard

How long does delivery take?

This is a build-to-order module, not an instant download. Typical delivery is one working week from confirmed scope — after our scoping call locks which KPIs, clinical modules, editions, and sites are in play. We build against a staging copy of your database, run UAT with your team, then deploy with a rollback plan. Larger historical-data backfills or many integrations can extend the timeline, which we confirm in writing before we start.

How does pricing and scoping work?

Pricing starts from $999 as an indicative, single-company base-scope figure — it is a starting indication, not a firm price. Drivers such as additional clinics for multi-company comparison, deeper insurance/claims and pharmacy integrations, localised financial reporting, and large data migrations increase the quoted scope. After a short scoping call (about 30 minutes) we send a fixed quote for your exact requirements.

What support and updates do I get after go-live?

Every engagement includes a post-go-live support window for defect fixes and configuration questions, plus a live training session for your users. Because you receive the full git repository, your team can extend the module independently; we also offer ongoing support and version-upgrade retainers (for example, when you move from Odoo 18.0 to 19.0) as a separate arrangement.

Which Odoo versions and editions does this work with?

We build for Odoo 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0, on both Community and Enterprise. The module targets your exact version. Some visualisations and the native spreadsheet dashboard experience are richer on Enterprise, so we adapt the delivery to whichever edition you run and tell you up front where an Enterprise-only capability affects a KPI.

Does it require our specific clinical and insurance apps?

Yes — it builds on your `clinical-core-his-emr` data plus Odoo `account`. Payer-mix and outstanding-claims metrics require your insurance/claims app; pharmacy and near-expiry metrics read your stock and sales data. During scoping we map every KPI to a source model in your system, so nothing on the dashboard is a guess — each figure drills back to real records.

Will it slow down our production Odoo?

Heavy aggregation runs on SQL-backed reporting models (`_auto = False` views) at the database layer rather than in Python loops, and period-end snapshots can be moved to an off-peak scheduled cron. This keeps the dashboard responsive and keeps reporting load off your transactional workflows. We validate query performance against a staging copy of your real data during UAT.

Can leadership see the whole group while managers see only their department?

Yes. We implement `ir.model.access.csv` access rights plus record rules so a department head or clinic manager sees only their scope, while the C-suite sees consolidated multi-clinic figures. The exact visibility matrix is agreed during scoping and documented in the technical handover.
