This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE scopes your operation (crops, livestock, plots, seasons), builds the AL extension to fit it, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central Online or on-premises environment, and supports it afterward. The extension adds new tables and table/page extensions for fields, plots and crop cycles, with field-level cost capture that posts to dedicated Dimensions and season-based cost centers — so every seed, fertilizer and labor entry rolls up against the right plot and the GL at the same time. Livestock and herd records track animals, breeding, health events and feed consumption. Farm inputs (seed, feed, chemicals) live in standard Item/Item Ledger so you keep real Business Central inventory valuation, lot tracking and expiry.

Harvest output is captured as lot/batch-tracked items, giving you field-to-bin traceability — trace any harvested lot back to its plot, inputs and season. Event subscribers keep posting consistent with native sales, purchase and inventory flows; the Job Queue runs season roll-ups; permission sets scope farm roles; and the BC REST/OData API plus optional Dataverse/Power Platform integration expose the data to Power BI and field-data apps.
