We are honest about this: accuracy depends on the rate sources and carrier APIs we agree on during scoping. With a live carrier/broker integration, quotes reflect that provider's rates. With static rate tables you maintain, accuracy depends on keeping them current — which the retainer covers. We document exactly which countries and sources are in scope before building, so there are no surprises.
+Will it work with my 3PL, ERP and accounting tools?
Yes. The landed-cost breakdown is written back to each order via metafields and emitted through order webhooks (orders/create, orders/paid), so any system that consumes Shopify orders receives a consistent figure. We can also push directly to your specific 3PL or ERP if it exposes an API, which we confirm during scoping.
+Do you need full access to my store?
No. The app installs through Shopify OAuth with least-privilege scopes — only the permissions needed for products, orders, checkout and metafields.
