About this Product
The Mercado Libre Connector for Business Central is a build-to-order AL extension that ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports directly on your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment (online or on-premises). This is not an instant AppSource download — it is a per-tenant extension scoped to your accounts, item mappings, locations and tax setup, then handed over with documentation and a support agreement.
The connector authenticates against the Mercado Libre REST API (OAuth 2.0, per-country site IDs MLM, MLB, MLA, MLC, MCO) and brings your marketplace operations into BC where they belong. New orders are pulled into a staging table via a scheduled job queue entry, matched to BC items and customers, and posted as Sales Orders with the correct currency, taxes and shipping lines. Listings are published and updated from BC item cards using table and page extensions, with MercadoEnvios shipping mode, dimensions and handling time written back to Mercado Libre.
Inventory and price changes flow both ways through event subscribers on item ledger and price events, so a sale on the marketplace decrements BC stock and a BC stock or price adjustment updates the live listing — guarded by per-listing min/max and reservation rules to avoid overselling. Returns and claims are surfaced inside BC with status tracking so your team works one queue instead of switching tabs.
Everything ships with dedicated permission sets, telemetry to the BC environment, a setup wizard and an error/retry log.
