Multichannel Inventory & Stock Sync for WooCommerce turns WooCommerce's single-store stock field into a real inventory backbone. Out of the box, WooCommerce tracks one _stock value per product and decrements it on order — fine for one shop, painful the moment you run multiple warehouses, multiple WooCommerce stores, or a supplier-driven replenishment cycle. This plugin adds the layers core never had.

At its center is the Stock Central dashboard — a custom wp-admin screen (registered via add_menu_page) that lists every product and variation with on-hand, committed, incoming and available-to-sell quantities, plus configurable low-stock alerts delivered through WordPress transactional email and the admin notices API. Multi-warehouse stock is modeled as a custom post type with per-location quantities stored in dedicated tables (HPOS / custom-order-table compatible), so a single SKU can hold different counts in Dubai, Karachi and a 3PL.

Supplier management and purchase orders live in wp-admin: create POs, email them to suppliers, and receive stock to a chosen warehouse — receiving writes back to the right location automatically. Cross-store and multichannel sync keeps quantities aligned across your WooCommerce sites (and external channels you sell on) through the WooCommerce REST API and scheduled WP-Cron reconciliation, with overselling protection enforced by hooks on woocommerce_check_cart_items and stock-reduction filters, backed by per-SKU stock buffers.
