About this Product

HyperPay Payment Gateway for WooCommerce is a custom-built integration that wires HyperPay's full MENA payment stack into your WooCommerce checkout. ECOSIRE builds it, installs it on your WordPress site, and supports it — this is not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download. You give us your HyperPay entity IDs and access token; we deliver a configured, tested gateway.

The plugin registers as a proper WC_Payment_Gateway subclass via the woocommerce_payment_gateways filter, so it appears natively under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments with its own enable toggle, title, description and test/live mode. It renders HyperPay's COPYandPAY embedded widget on the checkout page, keeping cardholder data on HyperPay's PCI-DSS scope rather than your server.

Payment methods are split into HyperPay entity IDs so you can route mada, major card schemes (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, STC Pay, and BNPL via Tabby and Tamara to the correct brand. Each method surfaces as a selectable option at checkout with its own icon and availability rules (for example, Apple Pay only on Safari/Apple devices, BNPL only above a configurable minimum cart total).

After the shopper pays, the integration verifies the result server-side using HyperPay's payment-status endpoint (the resourcePath returned on redirect), maps result codes to WooCommerce order states, and writes a full transaction note to the order. Webhooks (HyperPay's encrypted notifications) reconcile asynchronous BNPL and 3-D Secure outcomes against the order, and token/recurring billing is supported for saved-card and subscription flows.

How long until the gateway is live on my site? (delivery / lead time)

This is a build-to-order product, not an instant download. After purchase we collect your HyperPay entity IDs, access token and target countries/currencies. Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days from the time we receive working sandbox credentials and staging access — faster for a clean single-currency setup, longer if BNPL onboarding with Tabby/Tamara on your HyperPay account is still pending. We install on a staging site first, run test transactions, then go live with you.

What do I get for ongoing support and updates?

Every build includes a support window for bug fixes and configuration help. We keep the integration compatible with WooCommerce and HyperPay API changes, and we can update result-code mappings or add new HyperPay methods as your account grows. Can I use mada, Apple Pay and Tabby/Tamara at the same time?

Yes. HyperPay separates methods by entity ID, and the plugin routes each one accordingly. You can enable mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay and BNPL (Tabby/Tamara) together, with per-method rules — for example, showing BNPL only above a minimum cart total, or Apple Pay only on supported devices. Availability of each method depends on what is activated on your HyperPay account.

Do I need an existing HyperPay account?

Yes. ECOSIRE builds and installs the integration, but HyperPay is your payment service provider — you (or we, on your behalf) onboard with HyperPay to get merchant entity IDs and an access token, plus separate activation for mada, Apple Pay and BNPL. We then wire those credentials into your WooCommerce checkout and verify them end to end.
