This is a build-to-order Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce extension. We design, build, install and support a dedicated Blue Dart carrier integration for your store — it is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. After purchase, ECOSIRE engineers ship the module to your codebase, configure it against your Blue Dart account credentials, and support it.

The module installs as a standard Composer package under app/code/Ecosire/BluedartShipping (or vendor/ for a private Composer repo). It registers a real Magento carrier model implementing Magento\Shipping\Model\Carrier\AbstractCarrierOnline and CarrierInterface, so Blue Dart appears natively in the checkout shipping-method list, in admin order creation, and in multishipping — no checkout theme hacks.

Live rates are pulled from the Blue Dart API through a Guzzle-based gateway client with retry, timeout and circuit-breaker handling. Serviceability is enforced by a pincode check that validates origin/destination before a quote is offered, and COD eligibility is resolved per pincode. AWB number and shipping-label PDF generation runs on shipment creation via an observer/plugin on sales_order_shipment_save_after, writing the AWB to the shipment and exposing the label in the admin grid and customer "My Orders". Tracking status is surfaced through Magento's standard tracking pop-up and synced by cron.
