Under the hood the extension adds new tables for goals/OKRs, review cycles, rating scales and competency assessments, plus table and page extensions on the standard Employee card and HR role centre. Manager and 360° reviewer flows are driven through Business Central pages, Notifications and the Job Queue for cycle reminders and escalations. A calibration workspace and a 9-box talent grid let leaders moderate ratings before they are locked, and approved merit recommendations link straight to compensation/payroll fields on the employee record.
Everything is exposed through the Business Central REST/OData v4 API so review data can flow to Power BI, Power Apps or Dataverse via Power Platform integration.
