Before each critical action, a lightweight snapshot captures the affected records, enabling precise restoration.
Undo operations automatically cascade through related records — reversing an invoice also restores affected stock moves and journal entries.
Every undo and redo operation is logged with timestamp, user, and reason, maintaining complete compliance history.
Users can undo specific fields within a record rather than reverting the entire operation.
The snapshot system adds less than 5ms per tracked operation. Snapshots use delta compression to minimize storage, and old snapshots are automatically pruned based on your retention policy.
Currently supported: invoice creation/validation, stock picking confirmation, purchase order confirmation, and sales order confirmation. More operations are being added in each release.
