Which Should You Choose?
For most restaurants, the choice comes down to geography, not preference. In the United States and Canada, DoorDash is the dominant aggregator and you simply cannot ignore it — install the DoorDash connector first, then layer UberEats as a secondary channel for additional reach. In the UK, France, Italy, the UAE, and Singapore, Deliveroo is the premium choice and typically commands higher AOVs than UberEats — install Deliveroo first, then add UberEats. In every other market (most of Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia), UberEats is the only one of the three with a meaningful presence and is essentially your only option from this list. Most restaurants we work with end up running two of the three connectors in parallel — the marginal cost of a second channel is one $349 connector and 30 minutes of menu mapping, and the additional 15-25% in delivery GMV almost always pays for itself in the first month. Decision matrix: US or Canadian restaurant — DoorDash + UberEats. UK/EU premium restaurant — Deliveroo + UberEats. Restaurant in any other country — UberEats first, see if DoorDash or Deliveroo are available locally. Cloud kitchen operator — start with whichever has the best cloud kitchen program in your market (DoorDash Kitchens in US, Deliveroo Editions in UK/EU). Whichever you pick, the goal is the same: zero manual order entry, end-of-day reconciliation done in Odoo, and clean P&L per channel.
