The Kitchen Display System (KDS) turns any tablet or screen in your kitchen into a paperless ticket rail driven directly by Shopify POS and your online checkout. New orders are pushed live to the line the moment they're placed, so cooks see tickets without waiting on a printer or a runner.

This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store install. ECOSIRE builds it against your store's flows, installs it as a custom Shopify app via OAuth, and configures it for your stations and brands. We register orders/create, orders/updated, orders/paid and orders/fulfilled webhooks, reconcile through the Admin GraphQL API, and read line items, modifiers, note attributes and order metafields so each ticket reflects exactly what the customer asked for.

Per-station routing sends grill items to grill, drinks to the bar, and assembled tickets to expo, using line-item product tags or collections you control. Bump-bar and touch bump/recall let the line clear and recall tickets in one tap. Prep-time SLA timers count up per ticket with color escalation as orders age, and an all-day view rolls up item counts so the kitchen can batch.
