Multichannel Marketplace Connector is a Shopify app ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports for your store — it is not an instant App Store download. After purchase we scope your channel mix (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and similar), provision the app on your store via Shopify OAuth, and configure the sync rules to match your catalog and operations.
Catalog and listing sync from Shopify to connected marketplaces via the Admin GraphQL API
Real-time inventory and price sync driven by Shopify webhooks with reconciliation fallback
Centralized marketplace order import into Shopify as native orders for unified fulfillment
Per-channel pricing and markup rules to offset marketplace commissions and shipping
Category and attribute mapping from Shopify options and metafields to each marketplace schema
Multi-location inventory awareness so stock is decremented correctly across all channels
At its core the app treats Shopify as the source of truth. It reads your catalog through the Admin GraphQL API, mirrors selected products and variants out to each connected marketplace, and keeps multi-location inventory aligned in both directions. We register Shopify webhooks (products/update, inventory_levels/update, orders/create) so changes propagate in near real time instead of relying on slow polling — with reconciliation passes as a safety net against missed events and marketplace rate limits.
Per-channel pricing and markup rules let you sell the same SKU at different prices across marketplaces to absorb commissions and shipping. Category and attribute mapping translates your Shopify product taxonomy, options and metafields into each marketplace's required category tree and attribute schema, so listings pass validation. Marketplace orders import back into Shopify as native orders for unified fulfillment, with inventory decremented across every channel to reduce oversell.
Because it is build-to-order, the app is shaped around your real SKUs, locations and fulfillment workflow rather than a generic template. The one-time build is $249; we hand over a working, installed app on your store. Marketplace API access, seller accounts and any per-marketplace fees remain yours. This is an honest engagement: scoped, built, tested against your data, and supported by the team that wrote it.
A merchant running their primary catalog on Shopify who is expanding onto Amazon, eBay or Etsy and wants one dashboard instead of managing listings and stock in three places.
Someone responsible for fulfillment who needs inventory to stay in sync across locations and channels so the same unit is never sold twice across marketplaces.
A growing brand entering Walmart or international marketplaces that needs per-channel pricing to absorb commissions and clean category mapping so listings pass marketplace validation.

Because this is built to order, there is a delivery lead time rather than an instant download. After purchase we scope your channel mix and catalog, then typically build, install and configure the app within about 2 to 4 weeks depending on how many marketplaces you connect and how complex your category mapping is. We confirm a concrete timeline during scoping before any build work begins.
We support the app we built. That covers fixing issues, adjusting sync and mapping rules as your catalog changes, and adapting to marketplace or Shopify Admin API changes that affect your integration. The $249 covers the one-time build and handover; ongoing maintenance beyond initial support is arranged separately so you only pay for what you need. We are the team that wrote the code, so support is direct, not a generic helpdesk.
We build connections to major global marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart, scoped to the channels you actually sell on. Each marketplace has its own API, seller-account requirements and category schema, so we confirm your exact channel list during scoping and configure the connectors accordingly. You provide and own the marketplace seller accounts and API access.
The app is designed to prevent it. Shopify is the source of truth for inventory, and it tracks multi-location stock, listens for inventory webhooks, and decrements every connected channel when a unit sells. You can also set a per-channel safety buffer to hold back stock. No system can fully eliminate races during marketplace API delays, so we add reconciliation passes to catch and correct any drift.
You need an active Shopify plan and active seller accounts on the marketplaces you want to connect, along with their API access where the marketplace requires it. We handle the Shopify OAuth install, webhook setup, and all the mapping and sync configuration. Marketplace fees and seller-account costs remain yours and are billed by those platforms, not by us.
