No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE builds the connector against your specific DHL account, catalog and workflow, then installs it on your Shopify store via OAuth. You are buying a custom build and installation, not a self-serve download.

Typical delivery is about 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff, depending on how clean your product data (HS codes, weights, country of origin) is and the number of DHL services and routes you need. After we build it, we run test shipments to validate rates, labels, customs docs and tracking before go-live. Complex multi-warehouse or multi-entity setups may take longer, and we confirm the timeline before starting.

Each build includes a defined post-launch support window covering bug fixes and adjustments to keep it working with DHL API and Shopify Admin API changes. After that, ECOSIRE offers ongoing support and maintenance plans. Because we build and host the integration logic, we can update rate rules, document templates and label formats for you rather than you waiting on a third-party app vendor's roadmap.

Yes. You need active DHL Express and/or DHL eCommerce accounts with API access. The connector uses your negotiated contract rates and your account numbers — we configure it against those credentials, which are stored securely server-side and never exposed in your theme.

Beyond live checkout rates, it generates DHL commercial invoices and customs documentation on paid orders, assigns and validates HS tariff codes from product metafields, and estimates landed cost (duties + import taxes + shipping) for cross-border carts so customers and your team see the real cost of an international order.
