Hotel PMS extends ECOSIRE’s live Property Management System into hospitality: a reservation calendar, front-desk check-in/out, housekeeping boards, night audit, and nightly billing with dynamic rate plans. For independent hotels, serviced apartments, and guesthouse groups — particularly in the GCC where the underlying property engine already runs live deployments. Planned features include a drag-and-drop room calendar, rate plans with seasonal and occupancy-based pricing, folio management with city ledger, housekeeping task boards with status sync, night audit routines, group bookings, deposit and PDC handling reused from the property core, and occupancy/ADR/RevPAR reporting. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
