Google Workspace Sync connects the ERP to Google’s suite: a Gmail add-on showing customer context beside emails, two-way Google Calendar sync, and Drive folders linked to ERP records for document storage. Planned features include a Gmail sidebar add-on with contact, order, and ticket context plus log-to-record actions, calendar two-way sync with meeting links on CRM events, automatic Drive folder creation per project, customer, or deal with permission mapping, contact sync options, and OAuth scopes designed to pass Google security assessment.
