Activities Management-Advance is a productized module ECOSIRE designs and builds for your database. At its core it introduces a consolidated activities layer that reads from the standard mail.activity backbone — so nothing about Odoo's native chatter or activity_ids is broken — and exposes it through a purpose-built OWL dashboard. The dashboard aggregates activities across every model you nominate (CRM, Sales, Project, Helpdesk, Accounting, custom models) with computed KPI tiles (overdue, due today, planned, done-this-week) driven by read_group aggregations rather than per-record Python loops, so it stays performant on large datasets. Advanced filtering lets a user or manager pivot by activity_type_id, res_model, user_id, team, and deadline range, with saved favorite filters persisted per user.

Technically, we deliver a clean addon with its own __manifest__.py declaring dependencies on mail (and optionally crm, project, sale per your scope). Data access is governed by ir.model.access.csv plus record rules so a standard user sees only their own activities while a team lead or manager sees their group — enforced at the ORM level, not just hidden in the UI. Bulk actions (reschedule, reassign, mark done, change type) are exposed through server actions operating on mail.activity in a single write, and an optional ir.cron sweep flags stale overdue items. The WhatsApp integration is built as a pluggable notification channel: a configurable outbound provider (Cloud API or a gateway of your choice) sends templated reminders when an activity is created, reassigned, or falls due, with the message body rendered from QWeb/Jinja templates and delivery attempts logged back on the record for auditability. Because the provider is abstracted behind a service model, swapping or adding channels later does not touch the dashboard code.

Delivery is build-to-order. After a short scoping call we confirm the exact models in scope, your permission matrix, the WhatsApp provider and template set, and your target Odoo version (17.0, 18.0, or 19.0, Community or Enterprise).
