This is a build-to-order extension: ECOSIRE writes it as a proper Magento 2 module under app/code/Ecosire/ChatNotifications, then installs, configures and supports it on your own Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce instance. It is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download — there is an honest build and deployment lead time, and a human deploys it with you.
Technically, the module subscribes to native Magento events via observer declarations in etc/events.xml — sales_order_place_after, sales_order_save_after, and inventory source-item saves — and dispatches messages through the Telegram Bot API (sendMessage) and the Facebook Messenger Send API. Outbound calls run through Magento's cron queue so checkout is never blocked or slowed. All settings live under Stores → Configuration, gated by a dedicated admin ACL resource so only authorized roles can edit bot tokens or page access tokens, which are stored using Magento's encrypted config backend.
You decide the routing: new-order and low-stock pings to an internal Telegram group, order-status messages to customers on Messenger, and optional WhatsApp Business fan-out as a third channel. Upload to Odoo
Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
