The module ships as a proper component under app/code/Ecosire/ReviewReminder, wired through di.xml and registered with setup_module. A Magento cron group scans orders that have reached a configurable state (complete, or a shipment/delivery event captured via sales_order_shipment_save_after observers) and schedules review requests after a delay you control — for example, 7 days post-delivery. Requests fire through Magento's transactional email layer (TransportBuilder + email templates) and an SMS channel integrated with your chosen gateway (Twilio, MessageBird, or a regional provider) behind a clean MessageChannelInterface service contract, so the channel can be swapped without touching business logic.
Each request is per-product targeted: a customer who bought three items gets links to review the items they actually purchased, deep-linked to the native Magento product review form (or a tokenized one-click flow).
