The extension ships as a proper Magento 2 module under app/code/Ecosire/DelhiveryShipping with a clean registration.php and module.xml. The carrier itself is a custom online shipping method implementing Magento\Shipping\Model\Carrier\AbstractCarrierOnline and CarrierInterface, wired through di.xml so it appears natively in Stores > Configuration > Sales > Shipping Methods. At checkout it calls the Delhivery One API to return live, serviceable rates by destination pincode, weight and payment mode (prepaid vs COD), with graceful fallback rates when the API is unreachable.
Order fulfilment is handled through service contracts and an admin controller behind a dedicated ACL resource: generate the Delhivery AWB and download the shipping label (PDF/ZPL) from the order view, raise pickup requests, and push status back to Magento. You can configure it to hide the Delhivery method or surface a clear message at checkout for non-serviceable destinations, and to apply a configurable fallback rate if the API is temporarily unreachable so checkout never silently breaks.
