Magento Open Source ships with one default stock source and a single, manually assigned fulfillment flow. Adobe Commerce adds Multi-Source Inventory (MSI) and basic Source Selection Algorithms, but neither gives an omnichannel retailer a true order brain that can ingest orders from the web store, in-store POS and external marketplaces, score every source against distance, stock, capacity and cost, then orchestrate ship-from-store, BOPIS and split shipments with backorder handling. This extension is that brain.

ECOSIRE builds it as a proper module under app/code/Ecosire/OrderManagement, layered on Magento's MSI service contracts so it cooperates with — rather than replaces — core inventory. A unified order pool aggregates channels through REST/GraphQL ingestion endpoints and observers on sales_order_place_after. A pluggable routing engine (custom Source Selection Algorithm plus di.xml-wired strategy classes) selects sources, splits an order into shipment groups, and emits store-pickup and curbside tasks to a dedicated store-associate admin grid (guarded by its own ACL resources). Cron consumers reconcile backorders and retry partial fulfillment.

We deliberately avoid core overrides. The module uses plugins (interceptors), event observers, `di.xml` preferences and service contracts, which is the upgrade-safe pattern. During the build we test against your existing third-party extensions on staging, and the support window includes re-checking compatibility when you apply Magento security patches.

How do marketplace and POS orders get into Magento?

We build ingestion endpoints (REST/GraphQL) and connectors for the specific channels you name — for example Amazon, eBay or your POS system.
