About this Product

The Multichannel Marketplace Hub is a custom-built Business Central extension (AL language) that turns your BC tenant into the single source of truth for selling across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy and hundreds of other marketplaces and storefronts. Instead of staff re-keying listings and orders into separate seller portals, the Hub keeps items, prices, stock, orders and fulfilment flowing automatically through one connector.

This is not an instant Microsoft AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds the extension to your channel mix and item structure, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem), and supports it afterwards. We scope which marketplaces you sell on, map your BC items and units of measure to each channel's listing model, and configure the polling cadence and tax/pricing rules before go-live.

Technically, the Hub adds table and page extensions over Item, Sales Order and Sales Shipment, plus dedicated channel-listing and sync-log tables. Event subscribers on item, inventory and shipment posting fire near-real-time updates; the Job Queue drives scheduled marketplace polling for new orders and acknowledgements. Outbound and inbound traffic uses the marketplace APIs through a gateway, while BC's own REST/OData v4 API stays available for your other integrations. Dedicated permission sets scope who can manage listings versus who can run syncs, and every sync writes an auditable log entry.

The result: inventory that does not oversell across channels, orders that land directly in BC as sales orders, and shipment tracking written back to each marketplace from your posted Sales Shipments — all governed by your existing BC posting, costing and approval rules.

Multichannel Retail Operations Manager

Business Central / ERP Administrator

Owns the BC tenant and wants marketplace integration delivered as a clean per-tenant extension with proper permission sets, Job Queue jobs and audit logs — not brittle ad-hoc scripts.

Ecommerce / Finance Controller

Frequently Asked Questions about Multichannel Marketplace Hub for Business Central

Is this an instant AppSource download?

No. The Multichannel Marketplace Hub is built to order. ECOSIRE develops the AL extension around your specific channel mix and item structure, then installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment. There is no self-service AppSource button — you get a tailored, installed and supported solution instead.

How long does delivery take?

Typical lead time is one working week from a confirmed scope, depending on how many marketplaces you sell on and the complexity of your item, pricing and tax mapping. After a short discovery call we confirm the channel list and a delivery date before development starts.

How does inventory stay in sync without overselling?

The extension uses AL event subscribers on item and posting events plus scheduled Job Queue polling. When stock moves in BC — a sale, receipt or adjustment — available quantity is recalculated and pushed to every connected channel near-real-time, so the same unit is not sold twice across marketplaces.

What happens to ongoing support and updates after go-live?

ECOSIRE provides post-go-live support and maintains the extension. As marketplace APIs change or you add channels, we update and re-deploy your per-tenant extension under an agreed support arrangement. Sync logs make it straightforward for us to diagnose and resolve channel issues quickly.

Does it work with BC cloud (SaaS) and on-premises?

Yes. Because it is delivered as a standard AL per-tenant extension, it installs on Business Central online (SaaS) and supported on-premises deployments. Marketplace API calls route through a gateway, and BC's native REST/OData v4 API remains available for your other integrations.
