The Push Notifications Engine sends web and mobile push from the ERP: event-triggered alerts (order shipped, ticket replied), segmented campaigns, and scheduled sends — delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging. For merchants using the Mobile App Builder or PWA storefronts, and operations teams who want internal alerts pushed to staff devices. Planned features include browser opt-in prompts with timing rules, FCM device token management, event-trigger library across orders, deliveries, tickets, and approvals, audience segmentation from CRM data, scheduled and recurring campaigns, quiet-hours and frequency capping, rich notifications with images and actions, and delivery/click analytics. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
