Planned features include requisition forms with budget validation via the Budget module, approval routing by amount and category, tender creation with vendor invitations through the Vendor Portal, sealed-bid handling with open-date control, weighted comparison matrices (price, delivery, quality), award justification records, and requisition-to-PO traceability for audits. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
