Electronic Signature handles document signing natively: upload or generate a document, place signature and data fields, set signing order across parties, and collect legally-evidenced signatures with full audit certificates. For companies routing contracts, offers, and approvals through external e-sign SaaS — paying per-envelope fees for documents their ERP generated. Planned features include drag-and-drop field placement (signature, initials, date, text, checkbox), sequential and parallel signing orders, automatic reminders and expiry, signer identity capture with IP, timestamp, and optional OTP verification, tamper-evident completion certificates, reusable templates bound to ERP documents (quotes via the Quotation Builder, contracts, HR letters), and bulk send. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
