Property Offers, Reservations & Transactions runs the full deal workflow from expression of interest through offer, counter-offer, reservation, booking fee, deposit, agreement, completion and handover. Every money movement posts to native ERPNext accounting - there is no parallel ledger. The guards are hard validations, not warnings: an unavailable property cannot be reserved, a unit cannot be sold twice, an unapproved discount cannot be applied, and handover cannot happen before approved completion.
