The core problem: once you sell on Shopify plus marketplaces and POS, orders scatter across systems and your team fulfills blind. This OMS pulls every order into a unified inbox inside Shopify Admin. It ingests Shopify orders via the Admin GraphQL API and orders/create and orders/updated webhooks, and connects marketplace and POS sources through your existing connectors or a custom adapter we build for you.
From there it applies smart fulfillment routing and splitting against multi-location inventory: an order can split into multiple fulfillment orders routed to the closest in-stock location, a 3PL, or a dropship vendor, driven by rules you define (priority, proximity, stock level, SKU). Order holds, tags and automation rules catch fraud-flagged, pre-order, or high-value orders before they ship. Bulk label and fulfillment actions let staff accept, fulfill, tag and print across hundreds of orders at once. Inventory allocation across channels reads and writes via inventoryLevels so committed stock stays accurate everywhere.
Configuration and metadata are stored in metafields and a dedicated app database. Authentication uses Shopify OAuth with least-privilege scopes. Because it's built for your operation, the routing logic, channel mix and UI match how you actually ship — and ECOSIRE owns the build, the install and ongoing support.

No. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your channels, locations and routing rules, then custom-builds the OMS and installs it on your store via Shopify OAuth. You are paying for a tailored build, not a generic download.
Typical delivery is a few weeks depending on how many marketplace and POS sources need integrating and how complex your routing rules are. After purchase we confirm scope and give you a firm timeline before development starts. A standard single-marketplace setup is faster than a multi-3PL, multi-region build.
Every build includes a defined post-launch support window for fixes and adjustments, plus a handover and training session. Beyond that, ECOSIRE offers ongoing support and enhancement retainers — including adapting the app to Shopify API version updates, new channels and changed routing logic. Because we own the build, updates are made to your code, not gated behind a third-party vendor's roadmap.
It ingests Shopify orders natively via the Admin GraphQL API and webhooks. For marketplaces and POS, we either wire into your existing connectors or build a custom adapter for your specific source. We confirm exactly which sources are in scope during the discovery step so there are no surprises.
Yes. The OMS reads and writes Shopify multi-location inventory via inventoryLevels, so when an order is allocated and committed to a location, available stock stays correct across every channel that draws from Shopify. Channels outside Shopify are kept in sync through the connector or adapter built for that source.
Yes. The app is deployed for your store and the order, routing and configuration data lives in your environment. You are not locked into a shared multi-tenant platform — ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports it, but it runs for your business.
