The NetSuite ERP Connector for Shopify is a build-to-order integration that ECOSIRE designs, develops, installs and supports specifically for your store and your NetSuite account. This is not an instant App Store download — once you purchase, our team scopes your data model, maps your fields, and deploys a connector tuned to how your business actually runs.

Out of the box, generic connectors break the moment your NetSuite item hierarchy, subsidiaries, custom records or pricing tiers stray from the default. We build against the Shopify Admin GraphQL API, register webhooks for orders/create, orders/updated, fulfillments/create and inventory_levels/update, and connect to NetSuite via SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP) and SuiteScript RESTlets using OAuth / token-based authentication (TBA) — so the sync respects your real schema, not a lowest-common-denominator template.

Core flows are bi-directional: orders and customers flow from Shopify into NetSuite as sales orders and entities; inventory and item/pricing data flow back to keep your storefront accurate across multi-location inventory. We map Shopify variants, SKUs and metafields to NetSuite items, matrix items and custom fields, and handle B2B (company/location pricing) and POS order sources where your plan supports them.

Every sync is wrapped in idempotent processing, exponential-backoff retries, dead-letter queues and a monitoring dashboard so a NetSuite timeout or rate limit never silently drops an order. You get full run logs, alerting, and a documented runbook. Because ECOSIRE builds and hosts the connector, we own the maintenance — API version bumps, edge-case fixes and enhancements are handled by us, not left to you. Pricing is a one-time build fee of $799, with optional ongoing support.
