Shopify Payments does not support KNET, mada or SADAD, and the off-the-shelf gateway apps that do are rarely tuned to your theme, currencies or reconciliation needs. MyFatoorah Payment Gateway for Shopify is a build-to-order integration that wires your store directly into MyFatoorah so GCC shoppers check out with the local methods they actually trust.
Accept KNET, mada and SADAD — the local payment methods Shopify Payments does not natively offer in the GCC
GCC card scheme support (Visa, Mastercard) routed through your MyFatoorah merchant account
Multi-currency GCC checkout (KWD, SAR, AED and more) mapped to your Shopify currency settings
MyFatoorah hosted payment links / invoices so card data never touches your store (PCI scope stays minimal)
Webhook-driven order sync: MyFatoorah payment callbacks reconcile Shopify financial status automatically
Refunds and captures initiated from context, with MyFatoorah transaction references stored on order metafields
This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds the integration against your store, installs it on a private app using OAuth and the Admin GraphQL API, configures your MyFatoorah merchant keys, and hands you a working, tested checkout. You get a real engineer on the build, not a self-serve toggle.
What we deliver: a server-side payment flow that creates MyFatoorah hosted payment links / invoices, redirects the buyer to the secure MyFatoorah page, then confirms the result back to Shopify. Payment success and failure are reconciled through MyFatoorah webhooks synced to your Shopify orders, so order status, financial status and the customer timeline stay accurate. We map MyFatoorah transaction references onto each order using order metafields for clean reconciliation and refunds.
The integration supports KNET, mada, SADAD and GCC card schemes, multi-currency GCC checkout, refunds and captures, and is delivered first in MyFatoorah sandbox for end-to-end testing before we flip it to production.
Because it is custom-built, we adapt it to your edge cases — split currencies, multi-location fulfillment triggers on paid orders, or specific finance-team reconciliation exports. You own the result; ECOSIRE supports and maintains it. One-time build price, no recurring per-transaction app surcharge from us (MyFatoorah's own processing fees still apply).
Sells to Saudi and Kuwaiti shoppers who expect KNET, mada or SADAD at checkout and abandon when only international cards are offered. Needs local methods live without leaving Shopify.
Operates across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE and needs checkout that handles KWD/SAR/AED through one MyFatoorah account, with clean per-order reconciliation for the finance team.
Owns reconciliation and refunds. Wants every Shopify order tied to a MyFatoorah transaction reference so payouts, captures and refunds match the books without manual cross-checking.

No. This is a build-to-order integration. After you order, ECOSIRE builds the MyFatoorah integration against your store, installs it via OAuth on a private/custom app, configures your merchant keys, and tests it in sandbox before going live. You get a custom-fitted, supported result rather than a generic self-serve toggle.
Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days from the point we receive your MyFatoorah sandbox and production credentials and Shopify collaborator access. Stores with custom checkout requirements, multi-currency edge cases or extra automations may take a little longer — we confirm a firm timeline before starting.
The one-time build includes a post-launch support window to fix any integration issues, plus a handover doc. We maintain the integration against Shopify Admin API and MyFatoorah API changes, and offer ongoing support and enhancement work for stores that want it. You own the integration; we keep it running.
KNET, mada, SADAD and GCC card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) routed through your MyFatoorah account, with multi-currency GCC checkout such as KWD, SAR and AED. Exact availability depends on what your MyFatoorah merchant account is approved for — we configure to match it.
Card data is handled on MyFatoorah's hosted payment page, not on your store, which keeps your PCI scope minimal. Shoppers are redirected to the secure MyFatoorah page to pay, and the result is confirmed back to your Shopify order via webhooks.
ECOSIRE charges a one-time build price with no recurring per-transaction surcharge from us. MyFatoorah's own processing and gateway fees still apply per your MyFatoorah merchant agreement, and Shopify's standard plan fees are separate.
