The Shipping Carrier Core Engine is the foundation under every ECOSIRE carrier adapter: it rate-shops across configured carriers, generates labels, syncs tracking events, and applies shipping rules at order level. For merchants shipping with two or more carriers who want one consistent workflow — and one place to add carriers as they grow. Planned features include comparative rate shopping at order confirmation, label and customs document generation through attached adapters, tracking webhook normalization into one status timeline, rule-based carrier selection by weight, destination, and value, packaging presets, insurance and signature options, and shipment cost booking back onto the order margin. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
