The Quotation Builder produces proposal-grade quotations — cover pages, sections, images, optional upsell lines — that customers open in a portal and accept with an e-signature. For services firms, contractors, and equipment sellers whose quotes are proposals, not price lists — and who want acceptance tracked, not emailed PDFs. Planned features include template libraries with branded sections and dynamic pricing tables, optional and alternative line items customers can toggle, online viewing with open/read analytics, e-signature acceptance with audit trails, expiry and automatic follow-up reminders via the dunning engine, version comparison across revisions, and win/loss analytics by template. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
