PDC Management tracks post-dated cheques from registration through maturity, deposit, clearance, bounce, and replacement, with correct accounting entries at every state change on both receivable and payable sides. For businesses in the GCC, Pakistan, and other cheque-heavy markets — real estate, trading, and distribution especially — where PDCs are still the dominant credit instrument. Planned features include PDC registers with maturity calendars and alerts, batch deposit slips, automatic journal entries per status, bounce handling with charge-back and customer follow-up, partial settlements against invoices, and dashboards showing PDC exposure by customer and by maturity month. Logic is reused from ECOSIRE’s live Property Management System. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
