The Kitchen Display System replaces paper tickets with real-time kitchen screens: orders route to the right stations, timers track prep against targets, and staff bump items as they complete. For restaurants juggling dine-in, takeaway, QR self-order, kiosk, and delivery-aggregator orders that currently collide at the pass. Planned features include station-based routing with course sequencing, color-coded aging and overdue alerts, item-level and ticket-level bumping, expo screen consolidation, delivery-channel badges so aggregator orders are visible at a glance, prep-time analytics by station and dish, recall of bumped orders, and rush-hour load views for managers. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
