Consignment Stock Management handles goods that change location before they change ownership: your stock placed with agents and retailers (invoiced when sold), and supplier stock held in your warehouse (payable when consumed). For brands distributing through consignment agents — a dominant model in fashion, cosmetics, FMCG, and publishing across emerging markets. Planned features include consignment locations per agent with ownership intact, sales declarations or POS feeds triggering invoicing, periodic settlement statements per consignee, return and aging tracking of placed stock, supplier-side consignment with consumption-based vendor bills, stock count reconciliation workflows, and profitability per consignment partner. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
