Budget Management Advanced enforces budgets instead of just reporting them: department, project, and account budgets with commitment tracking and configurable warn-or-block behavior on purchase approval. For organizations where overspend must be caught at the purchase requisition — not discovered in next month’s variance report. Planned features include budget structures by department, project, analytic account, and period, committed-cost tracking from POs before invoices land, warn/block thresholds with override approvals, budget revision workflows with history, forecast columns updated from actuals, and variance dashboards for budget owners. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
