The Approvals & Workflow Engine adds configurable approval chains to any ERP document: multi-level routing by amount, category, or department, delegation during absences, and approvals from email or phone. For organizations enforcing a delegation-of-authority matrix — where today approvals happen in WhatsApp threads and the ERP just records the result. Planned features include a no-code workflow designer on any model, conditional routing rules (amount bands, categories, risk flags), parallel and sequential approval steps, delegation and out-of-office handover, approval via email reply and mobile-friendly pages, reminder escalations, complete decision audit trails, and analytics on approval cycle times and bottlenecks. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
