The Singapore InvoiceNow (Peppol) Connector is a build-to-order Shopify app that lets GST-registered Singapore merchants and government suppliers issue and transmit Peppol-based InvoiceNow e-invoices straight from their store — no manual re-keying into a separate portal.

This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds the connector against your store, installs it as a custom (unlisted) Shopify app, configures it to your GST setup and Peppol Access Point, and supports it after go-live. You get software that fits your tax codes, numbering rules, and recipient list rather than a generic template.

How it works. The app subscribes to Shopify orders/paid and orders/fulfilled webhooks and reads order, customer, and line-item data through the Admin GraphQL API. Each order is mapped into a structured Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 / InvoiceNow document — GST line and summary tax mapping, supplier and buyer UEN/identifiers, currency, and IMDA-required fields. The document is handed to your nominated Peppol Access Point for transmission across the InvoiceNow network to B2G (government) and B2B recipients. Invoice identity, source order, and transmission status are stored on the order via Shopify metafields so your team has a clear audit trail inside Admin.

What it does not do. It does not invent a tax engine or replace your accounting system, and it does not file GST returns for you. It produces compliant structured invoices and moves them onto the Peppol network reliably.
