You are buying the build and setup, not a self-serve download. We scope your needs first and embed against Shopify POS UI Extensions and the Admin GraphQL API specifically for you.

After purchase we start with a short scoping session to confirm your hardware, locations, and which features to enable. A typical build, install, and test cycle runs about one working week depending on how many locations you have and whether full self-checkout kiosk mode is in scope. We give you a firm timeline during scoping, not a vague promise.

Your purchase includes a post-launch support window for fixes, configuration adjustments, and compatibility updates when Shopify changes its POS extension or Admin API surfaces. Because we install and maintain the app for you, we can update it directly. Extended or ongoing support beyond the initial window is available and we'll quote it transparently.
