How it works technically. The app subscribes to Shopify orders/create, orders/updated, and refunds/create webhooks, and reads the POS staff member recorded on each POS order plus a configurable attribution source for online orders (cart attributes, draft-order owner, or a UTM/landing rule). Line-item, discount, tax, and shipping data are pulled through the Admin GraphQL API, and staff-to-order mappings plus rule configuration are stored in metafields and the app's own database so your reporting survives re-installs.
Commission logic that matches reality. Tiered (escalating rate by volume), flat percentage, fixed per-unit, and product- or collection-specific rates. Split and team commissions for assisted sales. Refunds and partial refunds automatically claw back the right amount. Multi-location aware — each location's staff, targets, and leaderboards stay separate.
What your team sees. Real-time leaderboards and performance dashboards, per-staff commission statements, and CSV/Excel payout exports ready to hand to payroll. Managers approve a period; staff see only their own numbers.

No. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds it to match your exact commission policy and installs it on your store as a custom Shopify app via OAuth. You get software shaped around how you actually pay people, not a generic configuration screen you have to bend to fit.
Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from the point we've confirmed your commission rules, attribution logic, and payout export format. Simpler policies (single location, flat or tiered rates) land near the short end; multi-location stores with team splits and product-specific rates take a little longer. We confirm a firm timeline with you before starting the build.
We agree on an attribution source during scoping. Common options are cart/order attributes set at checkout, the staff member who owns a draft order, or a UTM/landing-page rule that maps a campaign or referral link to a rep. POS orders are attributed automatically from the staff member Shopify records on the order.
The app subscribes to the refunds/create webhook and automatically reverses the commission on the refunded amount, including partial refunds. If the period is already locked, the claw-back is recorded against the next run with a clear audit entry, so payroll always reflects true net sales.
