Sage / NetSuite Daily Summary Sync is a private Shopify app that ECOSIRE builds, installs and operates for you — it is not an instant App Store download. After purchase, our engineers scope your chart of accounts, entity structure and revenue-recognition rules, then deploy a connector wired to your specific Sage Intacct or NetSuite instance.

Instead of dumping thousands of individual orders into your ledger, the app posts one accrual-based daily summary journal entry per store, per entity, per day. It subscribes to Shopify orders/create, orders/updated, refunds/create, fulfillments/create and payouts webhooks and reads the Admin GraphQL API to assemble a fully balanced entry: gross sales, discounts, returns, shipping, gift cards, tips, and sales tax broken down by jurisdiction.

COGS and inventory valuation are posted from Shopify multi-location inventory and product cost (unitCost) data, so your balance sheet reflects goods sold the day they ship — not when cash lands. Shopify Payments payouts are reconciled automatically: gross sales, processing fees and the net bank deposit are matched so your clearing account zeroes out.

For groups, the app handles multi-entity and multi-store consolidation, mapping each storefront to the correct subsidiary, location dimension or department in NetSuite, or the right entity and dimensions in Sage Intacct.

Every posting is idempotent and auditable — re-runs never double-post, and a reconciliation log shows exactly how each journal line was derived. You keep a clean, accountant-ready ledger without manual exports or brittle spreadsheets. ECOSIRE owns the OAuth credentials, field mappings and ongoing maintenance, and adjusts the build as your accounting policies or Shopify setup evolve.

How long until the integration is live after I purchase?

This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store install. After purchase we run a short scoping call to capture your chart of accounts, entity structure and accrual rules, then build, install and validate the connector against your Sage Intacct or NetSuite instance. Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of entities and the complexity of your mappings. You'll get a clear timeline at the end of scoping.

Is this on the Shopify App Store, and do I install it myself?

No. ECOSIRE builds it as a private app for your store and installs it for you via Shopify's OAuth flow. There is no public App Store listing and no self-serve download — that's deliberate, because the journal logic, tax accounts and consolidation rules are tailored to your specific ledger rather than a one-size-fits-all template.

Do you support both Sage Intacct and NetSuite, and what about other ERPs?

Yes — the app posts daily summary journal entries into either Sage Intacct or NetSuite, mapped to your real accounts and dimensions or subsidiaries. We build one target ERP per engagement. If you run a different accounting system, contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can support it before you buy.

How do you handle refunds, payout fees and reconciliation so my books actually balance?

Every daily entry is fully balanced. Refunds and returns post as correctly-signed lines via the refunds webhook. Shopify Payments payouts are reconciled by matching gross sales, processing fees and the net bank deposit, so your clearing account zeroes out. Postings are idempotent, so webhook retries or re-runs never double-post, and the audit log shows how each line was derived.

What ongoing support and updates are included?

ECOSIRE owns and maintains the integration. We monitor postings, alert on failures, and adjust mappings when your chart of accounts, tax jurisdictions, entities or Shopify setup change. Shopify Admin API version migrations and ERP-side changes are handled as part of ongoing support so the sync keeps working without you re-engineering it.
