UAE FTA / PINT-AE E-Invoicing for WooCommerce is a custom plugin ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports on your own WordPress + WooCommerce store so you are ready for the UAE Federal Tax Authority phased e-invoicing mandate beginning in 2027. This is not an instant marketplace download — after purchase, our engineers scope your tax setup, build the plugin against your theme and gateways, deploy it to your staging then production site, and stay on to support it.
Once live, every WooCommerce order is mapped to a PINT-AE compliant XML document (the UAE Peppol BIS billing specification) at the point of order completion. The plugin hooks into woocommerce_order_status_completed and the HPOS / custom order tables order object, calculates 5% standard-rated VAT, validates the buyer and seller TRN format, and stores the structured invoice as a custom post type alongside the order so it survives theme and plugin changes.
Submission to the Peppol network through an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) runs through a queued WP-Cron job with retry and audit logging, so a slow network response never blocks checkout. Status (sent / accepted / rejected) is written back to the order and surfaced in wp-admin, and the PINT-AE XML plus a human-readable bilingual (Arabic / English) PDF are attached for your records.
Configuration lives in a dedicated WooCommerce settings tab (TRN, ASP credentials, branch identifiers, mandate phase). The build is WPML / multisite aware and exposes WordPress filters so your developers can adjust field mapping. Do I need a Peppol Accredited Service Provider (ASP), and does this connect to one?
Yes. UAE e-invoicing routes documents through the Peppol network via an Accredited Service Provider. The plugin produces the PINT-AE compliant document and submits it through an ASP connection we configure during the build. If you don't yet have an ASP, we'll guide you through selecting and onboarding one as part of the engagement.
Is it compatible with HPOS and my existing theme and payment gateways?
